Getting your network map

Open Zigbee2MQTT — in Home Assistant it's under Apps, previously called Add-ons
Click Open Web UI
Go to the Network tab
Under Type, choose External - GraphViz
Tick Enable routes
Click Load — a full scan takes a minute or two on a large network
Copy the text it produces and paste it above

Four ways to look at it Radial, hierarchy, a draggable constellation, and a signal view where distance from the centre is the weakest hop on the path home.
Every weak link, graded Unreachable devices, single points of failure, overloaded parents and hops that quietly bottleneck everything behind them.
Fixes worth making Measured reroutes come first, then hardware. Where the data can't prove it, PathFinder says so rather than guessing at you.
Keep it, or print it Save a dated snapshot and reopen it here months later to compare, or produce a PDF report with the map, every finding and the full device table.

Layout

Link quality (LQI)

Click a band to isolate it. LQI is directional — the map draws the weaker of the two directions so nothing looks better than it is.

Weak-link threshold

Everything below this counts as a weak hop in the report. 60 is a sensible default; raise it if you want to chase marginal links.

Pulses run the way traffic does. Sensors only report inward; routers and things that take commands — valves, locks, blinds — also get a pulse back out. The export carries no capability list, so that is inferred from device type and model.

LQI values on links Device names Horizontal names

Names sit along their own spoke by default, which keeps them from colliding on a busy mesh. Switch to horizontal if you find them easier to read flat.
